We absolutely love using Luna Negra Transportation! When we first used them, they met us near the baggage claim at MCO, helped us with our bags, and led us to the SUV that was waiting. Since we've used them for the past few years, they now monitor our flights and meet us on the lower level. They are always on time, very professional, and always help us with our luggage. If you get Andrea, she's the best!! But, they are all a pleasure to ride with, and it feels nice riding in their luxurious black SUVs. Andrea was very prompt at answering all questions, before and after We booked. We used Luna Negra Transportation 3x on our trip. Airport to hotel, Hotel to Cruise terminal and cruise terminal to airport. Both Edgar and Andrea were safe drivers, punctual and pleasant to talk to. The vehicles (Mercedes vans) we very clean and new looking. I would definitely recommend using them and we will use this company again.

Mrs. Andrea and Mr. Edgar were amazing! Mrs. Andrea is very professional, kind and down to earth. We had a party of 11 individuals and Mrs. Andrea transported us to the port and arranged for us to be picked up. She was very attentive to details and provided excellent transportation service!
